At the Bead & Button Show this year, I took a class to learn how to solder. These are the results. After I got home, I bought a new soldering iron and started practicing. I still haven't gotten back to this level of proficiency, but I love the idea of using these pieces of glass as canvas for whatever I come up with - collages, stamped images, pressed flowers. Oh, and comic book pages, I suppose! :)
Of course comic book pages! I love the idea of being able to turn the glass into a little work of art too! Of course, you'll likely succeed there, and I won't, but still ;)
